Dusty is the president of Vernon College with campuses in Vernon and Wichita Falls, TX. He continues to be a student of great leadership. After 43 years in education, he has some terrific insights into what leadership is, and he has taken the time to craft his own personal mission statement that you will want to be sure you hear in this episode of True North Leader.
