Bruce William Boyarko

Legal Counsel

Bruce graduated from John Carroll University with a Bachelor of Arts degree and then obtained a law degree from Cleveland State University Marshall College of Law. Upon graduation from law school Bruce took a staff attorney position with the Interstate Commerce Commission for two years while studying graduate law at Georgetown University. PepsiCo, Inc. hired Bruce to help transition its North American Van Lines subsidiary through transportation deregulation and to serve as special counsel in the areas of antitrust, franchise, labor and intellectual property law. While working on an MBA, Bruce went from the PepsiCo legal department into management at North American, eventually serving as its Vice President, Marketing and Strategic Planning. After holding a similar position at Bekins Van Lines, Bruce established a consulting practice focused on strategic planning and business development, and a companion legal practice concentrating on business startup/expansion/cessation. In addition to clients in the moving industry, Bruce has served businesses ranging from manufacturers to e-based start-ups and has a great deal of experience in change and process management and control. He serves as general counsel to Albert Companies, Inc., performs advocacy on Capitol Hill and with federal government agencies and represents other companies on various legal matters.
