Brady Beshear

Chief Operations Officer

Brady graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. His first position was Design Engineer on a joint-service image processing system at E-Systems, Inc. After leaving the defense industry, Mr. Beshear helped co-found a prepaid telecommunications business. Brady is co-inventor of multiple patents covering the point-of-sale activation of prepaid long-distance phone cards. He oversaw the technical aspects of patent prosecution activities at the United States Patent and Trademark Office, assisted in patent litigation, and participated in the mediation, negotiation, and settlement of patent-related complaints with multiple defendants for TGIP, Inc. He currently supports the operations, content creation and strategic positioning of Values-Driven Leadership, LLC. Married to his high school sweet-heart, Brady and his wife have five children. He loves to fly fish, climb 14er’s and road bike.
