Episode Description:
Rich Bennett knows first-hand that doors open when leaders obey God. He was working in marketing for Sprint in KC when he felt the call of God to move to Colorado and join Focus on the Family, where he ended up serving on the executive team for 12 years! Then, in the last five years, he became President and CEO of Life Network, a nonprofit organization that provides physical, material, and emotional support for women and men facing unexpected pregnancies. Rich is a self-proclaimed “Chief Encouragement Officer.” He told Bobby, “You can tell someone needs encouragement if they’re breathing.” Tune in for leadership lessons about moving beyond “how can you make me look good” and into a servant leadership position that says, “What can I do so my team succeeds?”. Doesn’t that sound like flipping the org chart?
