Douglas Lindemann is currently the Chief Information Officer at ArcBest Technologies. He is known for being a problem solver and a team builder. Douglas leads various teams working on large-scale product development projects. He enjoys helping his teams solve problems by getting them to think outside the box. Douglas believes in challenging his teams to get out of their comfort zone and never to stop learning. He can cut through silos within the organization to find consensus on the correct course of action. His success in these endeavors can be attributed to his goal of developing effective working relationships throughout the organization. Douglas also has a passion for identifying and growing future leaders.
Douglas’s prior roles include software development and Director of Business Intelligence at the Household Good Moving division of ArcBest.He received his Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Texas Tech University and has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Arkansas. He also served on a school board for 7 years and was president of the board for 5 years.
